Dr. Jens-Uwe Nölle

I have been a lawyer since 1996, initially in an international law firm in Hamburg and since 2001 at FIDES. In 2006, I became a partner of FIDES and established the Nölle & Stoevesandt Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaftsgesellschaft as a founding partner. 

Nölle & Stoevesandt offers complementary services for FIDES in the area of legal advice, in particular in private and public commercial law. I specialise in corporate law and the law relating managing directors of limited liability companies (GmbHs), supporting corporate transactions and structuring corporate succession. I also specialise in foundation and non-profit law as well as general civil law.
