Dr. Martin Stoevesandt, LL.M.

After studying law and completing my legal training contract in Tübingen, I was a research assistant in the faculty of Prof Dr Hans von Mangoldt from 1995 to 1998. I received my doctorate in 1998. I then continued my studies in Chicago, USA, at the University of Chicago, where I graduated in 1999 with a Master of Laws (LL. M.). I have been with FIDES since 1999. In 2006, I was a founding partner of Nölle & Stoevesandt Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaftsgesellschaft.

Nölle & Stoevesandt offers complementary services for FIDES in the area of legal advice, in particular in private and public commercial law. I specialise in corporate law and the law relating managing directors of limited liability companies (GmbHs), supporting corporate transactions and structuring corporate succession. I also specialise in foundation and non-profit law as well as general civil law.
